Being a mama is without a doubt one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.  Yet, as exhausting and difficult it can be, there’s nothing I love more than being the mama of my little boy.  Not only has he changed me to be a better person, but I learn so much from him every day.  His little smile is contagious, and he fills our house with joy and of course, lots of noise! Watching him grow into the big boy he is becoming is truly nothing short of magical.  And I couldn’t help but think what a gift it is to be his mama and I thank God for him every day.  

When my son was very young, we took our first mommy and me outfit pictures. At the time, I had no idea I would love matching and coordinating with my son so much.  Now, it’s become one of our favorite ways to dress and it’s something I treasure more and more each year.  Honestly, I see how fast the clock ticks and it’s so bittersweet to realize just how fast my little guy is growing up.  And I know that there will come a day when we would no longer be able to do this.  So, for me, it’s more than just putting together our outfits, it’s more about having fun and embracing this time with him right now.  

In honor of Mother’s Day, I thought it’d be fun to go back in the archives and share some of our Mommy and Me photos and selfies that never made it to the blog.
