Sweater Dress, 100th Thursday Moda Link Up and Giveaway

One of the item that I love to wear during the colder seasons is a sweater dress. It’s just so easy to throw on. Not only is it comfy and soft but a sweater dress is like a cozy version of a pajama! They require minimal effort to wear and in my opinion, a great closet staple. When it comes to styling sweater dresses, the possibilities are endless! Think scarves, OTK boots, coats, tights, ankle boots, and/or flats. A sweater dress looks great on its own with booties and a scarf just like how I styled it for this post, but you can easily change up this dress by adding a coat like this one, a neutral colored tights and an embellished ankle boots like this one for a night on the town ensemble.
Forever 21 has amazing sales and I scored this sweater dress for less than $15 several seasons ago. It’s warm, cozy and the perfect shade of taupe. Since I tend to stick to neutral colors, I paired this dress with a plaid scarf and burgundy backpack to add some color to the mix.
