If you are looking for a kid’s shoe that is cute and that go with everything, you can’t go wrong with these Amazon slip-on sneakers from Dadawen.  Beyond the $16 price tag, these shoes tick all the boxes – they are stylish, lightweight, and downright cute.  But what knocked these out of the ballpark for me was my son loved them immediately.  I picked up his first pair two years ago and he never complained about them being uncomfortable.  From that moment on, it has quickly become a closet staple in my son’s wardrobe.  He has worn them just about everywhere – to his birthday party, for errands, at school, and even for travel! So, today, I thought it was time to share a quick review of these Amazon slip-on sneakers in case you are in the market for your little ones.

Fit

Size-wise, I ordered a size 1.5, and found them to be true to size.  The fit is snug, but not tight.  There was ample room for his toes to wiggle and the shoes are easy to slip on and off.  They are just stretchy enough to move when he walks, but not so much that they get loose.  They stayed put through lots of running, jumping, and walking.  Additionally, they do not require any breaking in and are super comfortable right out of the packaging.  

Another big plus, some slip-on shoes can cause rubbing, chaffing, or blisters but I never saw a single blister or raw spot on my son’s feet after wearing these.  

Material

In terms of material, these Amazon slip-on sneakers have a canvas textile upper, lining, and white insole that is comfortable, lightweight, and breathable.  In fact, I was pleasantly surprised with how airy the shoes were and I appreciate how it keeps my son’s feet from overheating during playtime or even on hot days.  

Other than the breathability factor, these shoes are great because they have a rubber sole and it has a nice traction, so I don’t worry about him tripping, slipping, or falling.  

But the best feature, in my opinion, is the elastic panel at the top.  When you have a constantly moving child who just want to go, you need a shoe that is a cinch to get on.  With these, there is no hassle.  Literally, just throw them on and go.  #momandkidapproved

Color

One of the most fun parts about these Amazon slip-on shoes is how many fun color options there are to choose from.  For his first pair, I opted for the yellow hue.  I absolutely love how it added a little pop of personality to his outfits and I just love the versatility they offer.  Since then, I have purchased the red version and black.  

Quality

Lastly, let’s move on the quality.  

Despite lots of wear, these shoes have held up well.  There is no loose stitching, all the grommets are still intact, and the shoes never wore down.  In fact, the only negative thing I can say about these shoes is that because they are made of canvas, it does stain and get dirty easily.  As such, they aren’t easy to wipe off like shoes made from leather or of similar material.  However, these shoes are washable.  So, when they get dirty, simply wash, then air dry, and the shoes will be good as new.  #cuethehappydance

Final Thoughts

Overall, when it comes to comfort and ease, these Amazon slip-on sneakers from Dadawen are a total win in my book.  Not only are lightweight, comfortable and go with everything, but I also love that it’s available in many fun colors, which is perfect if you want to add a playful touch to your little one’s outfits like I do.  Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough!
