New & Noteworthy: What I Bought Lately

I haven’t been doing a lot of shopping recently mainly because I don’t really need anything.  But, there were five things that I did buy from the past few months that I thought are worth sharing.

Let’s kick things off with this…

Jumpsuit

No matter what the season, a jumpsuit is always a staple in my closet.  So, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that this one from Petal & Pup is now part of my wardrobe.  I was drawn to its fun peplum silhouette and unique corset tie up design.  Sizing wise, it’s TTS.  It fit well everywhere except for the length – it runs long.  If you are on the shorter side, I’d be mindful of that.  The best part, it has pockets! #twothumbsup

Funky Storage Cabinet

Two weeks ago, I shared this little cutie in my home bedroom tour post.  The quirky design is right up my alley, and it totally reminds me of Mrs. Potts from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.  #classic It has a very quick set up, and the drawers are completely functional.  That said, this does only come in white, but I painted mine yellow!

Hiking Boots

My son needed hiking boots for his field trip to Rawhide Ranch so I grabbed these ones.  They feel plenty sturdy with a plush interior, rubber soles, and it comes in five different colors.

Crossbody Bag

Amazon has no shortage of incredible look for less accessories, and the mini cosmetics bag from Longchamp is one of them.  If you saw my handbag collection post at the beginning of the year you know that this bag is on my wish list.  While I am still crushing after the pink tea hue, my heart belongs to the color yellow.  So, when I saw that this brand from Amazon had it in my favorite color with silver hardware, I couldn’t resist.

Gingham Color Block Shirt

When it’s time to refresh my son’s wardrobe, Gymboree is our go-to, and for good reason.  They always have fun options with amazing quality, and this button down dress shirt is no exception.  It’s 100% cotton, and the gingham print is a timeless classic. But what makes it special and extra fun are the colors.  He’s already worn it for his birthday, and again for Easter.
